An interactive, member-run session led by the BVC exec board to open the Fall 2026 semester.

Our first meeting of the semester. We built the founder’s mental model from the ground up, giving everyone two lenses to see startups through: the founder lens (how to spot a problem worth solving) and the VC lens (how investors decide what to back), plus a 5-part checklist VCs actually use. We closed with a hands-on “Find the Itch” activity where members hunted a real problem and pitched it to the room.
